Field Notes, an Alberta based Distillery, is only the second company in the world to distill peas, and the first to use it this way. 

DON"T CALL ME SWEET PEA is an herbaceous garden amaro crafted from distilled field peas and infused with botanicals, flowers, herbs, and roots from across the prairies.  Amari are complex, delicious pre and post-dinner drinks with natural remedies that aid in digestion.

Palate: Loads of roasted coffee bean, with fresh espresso and a dash of vanilla.

Negroni Verde

Fill a glass with ice

Pour in 0.75 oz Don't Call Me Sweet Pea
Add 0.75 oz Gin

Add 0.75 oz Vermouth Bianco

Stir, Garnish with orange peel.
