The (Wet) Dry Gin Martini
1½ ounces Willibald Dry Gin
1½ ounces Dry Vermouth
½ ounce Fino Sherry
2 Olives (to garnish)
Combine Willibald, Vermouth and Sherry in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until very cold, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe, Garnish with the olives on a cocktail spear.
