Nose:
Licorice notes, intense juniper, baked arugula, berries, wildflower honey
Big spicy richness
The wine character is there, but it’s subtle
Palate:
Anise, florals, and citrus mingling with baking spice and juniper
Sweet on the palate
Finish:
Relatively soft, complex, and lightly sweet
More subtlety rather than big and bold
Suggested Enjoyment:
French 75
